As a manufacturing company specializing in printing, injection molding, and assembly, TDI Electronics supports the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). We are committed to addressing social challenges by focusing on the following key themes.

Minimizing Environmental Impact

We reduce environmental impact by printing only the necessary circuit patterns on substrates that would otherwise require etching, thereby minimizing waste liquids, VOC emissions, and CO₂ generated during the manufacturing process.
We are also actively promoting the use of renewable energy.In addition, we are registered as a Sagamihara SDGs Partner, working in collaboration with the City of Sagamihara to advance sustainable initiatives.

Safe and High-Quality Manufacturing

Based on ISO XNUMX-compliant quality management, we implement QC process control charts and FMEA from the early stages of design to proactively identify and mitigate risks.We have established a robust BCP system that enables a switch to alternative production within XNUMX hours in the event of unforeseen disruptions. In addition, we conduct monthly safety and health inspections to identify potential risks and promptly implement corrective actions.
