| What Is a Capacitive Touch Switch? |
|
||||||
|
We manufacture ultra-thin capacitive sensor films using our screen printing expertise. By detecting changes in capacitance between the human body (typically a finger) and the target surface, the film can function as a touch switch or a non-contact proximity sensor.
Material: PET film — high transparency, thin, lightweight, and flexible.
Typical Applications • Home appliances: refrigerators, rice cookers, etc. • Building equipment: range hoods, lighting switches, etc. • Industrial equipment: electron microscopes, electric drills, etc. |

Key Features | ||||||
|
1) Design flexibility to match your product aesthetics
Backlit switches and a wide range of appearances are available, including black, white, woodgrain, and more. 2) Flat surface for easy cleaning and a premium look
A flat surface improves cleanability, and hard surface materials such as glass can also be used. 3) Long service life with high durability
Because there is no mechanical key press, there is no “key-life” limitation, providing peace of mind in long-life products. 4) Simplified structure to reduce assembly work
The laminated structure is simple, and we can support circuit/pattern design as well. 5) Expandable beyond switches
Capacitive sensing can also be applied to liquid detection, metal detection, and non-contact sensing. Please consult us for your specific use case. |

Liquid Level Sensing By attaching our sensor film to the outside of a liquid container, it is possible to detect the water level. The same film can therefore be used as a liquid level sensor. |

The demo unit shown here indicates the detected liquid level using LEDs. | ||||||
