Can you handle small lots?
We can handle even a few prototypes and then smoothly move on to mass production. We also use cassette-type or simple molds, which helps keep initial investments down.
Can electronic components such as touch sensors and circuit boards be incorporated?
Yes. We can handle everything from electrostatic touch and pressure sensor printing to FPC mounting and board assembly.
Can I consult with you even if the drawings and specifications have not been finalized?
Yes, we can. We will listen to your needs at the concept drawing and rough sketch stage and propose the best materials and construction methods.
Can you meet the quality requirements and traceability for medical and automotive applications?
We manage our products using QC process charts based on ISO9001 and in-house testing facilities, and we can also provide serial management and inspection reports.
